Firctional Artefacts

A series of works inspired by ideas and phrases from literature, originally inspired by the 20th-century writer Jorge Luis Borges' story Tlön, Uqbar, Orbis Tertius. In this story, artefacts from a fictional world invade our real world, by taking it over and erasing what was there before. Fictional Artefacts can be seen as remnants of these fictional worlds, not just those created by Borges, but also from other pieces of literature which resonate strongly.
